The Doctors HOUSING CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY LTD.,

The ” Doctors Housing Co-operative Society “ was established in the year 1983 under Karnataka co-operative Society Act. Ours is one of the prestigious Housing Co-operative Societies in the Heritage city Mysore. The society is doing Yeoman services in providing residential sites to Doctors to have their dream house and in providing health and social service to general public under the able leadership of Dr. N.P. Shivakumar – President, supported by Dr. Nanjaiah C.M. Vice – President, and Directors of managing committee Dr.T.V. Ramesh, Dr. Parameshwaraiah C., Dr. Bhagirathi. N. M.,  Dr. Sathya P., Dr. Subhash. K.S.,   Dr. Paramesh,   Dr. Prasad M.S., Dr.Archana K.S.  and  Dr. Dinesh B.

We   have   constructed  a  beautiful   “Doctors  Community  Hall”  in  1st phase layout which is providing a nice place to conduct meetings and functions by Doctors and others.

The Doctors housing co-operative society is a transparent, members friendly, result oriented society,  as  we  have  already  completed  our  1st mission  of  providing  sites  with  all  basic infrastructure to  all  our  1st phase  members  in  our  1st phase  model layout  at Alanahally, Mysuru, at a very reasonable rate, all the 98 sites were allotted during the year-2005.

ABOUT 2ND STAGE LAYOUT 

The “VAIDYA  LOKA

Seeing  our  achievement  and  our  layout,  other  doctors  wished  to have sites through our society. Their desire, stimulated us to start 2nd phase layout at Vajamangala, Mysuru, city of palaces, we completed  2nd stage  layout  “vaidyaloka”   with   all    basic   infrastructure  and distributed all the 114 sites to our members, during the year-2014.

All this was possible only with the strong support from the ‘Esteemed Members’ of our society..”

We    have    constructed     one    more   “ Doctors   Community  Hall ”,“ Vaidya  Bhavana” in 2nd stage layout for the benefit of our members.  We  have  provided  “play ground”  in  the  layout  for  the  family  members  to  keep fit.

“Near Mysuru – Hunsur,  highway”

Doctors  from  Mysuru  and  other  places in Karnataka showed interest to have a residential site through our  unblemished   popular  housing  society having  seen  our zealous  endeavour in  completing   the  projects  that  we  take,  and  complete with all the  basic  infrastructure  at a reasonable  cost.

As   a   result   we   have   ventured   in   to   3rd stage  layout. 

Our   3rd  stage  layout  is  coming   up at  “Belavadi” near  Mysuru – Hunsur,  highway     in   the midst of  greenery,  sereneambiance, and   away  from  air and noice pollution.

Layout  project  is MUDA Approved, having 80ft,  40ft, and 30ft,  roads with  various dimensions of plots.

  • There  are  10  corner  plots  of  different   sizes.
  • Time for  the  completion  of the  project  is  6 months.

Project is planned and executed by efficient, dedicated, qualified and experienced engineers.

All the materials used are of high quality with ISI mark and as per the specifications of MUDA, KUWS & D B, CESCom and supervised by the concerned officers of the above authorities.
